Probate Services
A Fixed Fee Regulated Application For a Grant of Probate or Grant of Letters of Administration. We offer a fast Regulated Solicitor application that delivers elite level service for a Fixed Fee of £465.00. No Hidden or Upfront Costs to pay. Grant of Probate delivered within 30 working days.
Trust Wills
A Trust is a legal structure which can be included as part of your Will and can offer increased asset protection for your loved ones. A Single Trust Will costs from £300. Mirror Trust Wills (2 Wills for a couple) costs from £380.
Will Writing Service
Writing a will ensures your wishes are carried out after you die. Get a Single Will for just £100 or Mirrored Wills for £150.
Lasting Power of Attorney
There are two types of Lasting Power of Attorney available under English law. They are a Health and Welfare Lasting Power of Attorney and a Property & Financial Affairs Lasting Power of Attorney.Single Lasting Power of Attorney from £75.00. Both Lasting Power of Attorney Applications £135.00.
